The Foreign Trade Association (FTA) and other business groups have signed a statement urging WTO members to achieve an ambitious and balanced outcome of the Doha Round. The 37 co-signatories, representing commerce and industry from across the globe, declared their strong support of the multilateral rules-based trading system and stressed its importance for the furthering of open, transparent and predictable conditions for world trade.
