摘要

Perovskite-related layer compounds which consist of n units of theperovskite layers and a rock salt layer were prepared for n = 1 and 3in the system of (La,Sr)n+1VnO3n+1. Oxygen deficiency(δ) ofLaSr3V3O10-δ was determined to be 0.08 from a weight gain after theoxidation process. Lattice parameter of a- and c-axes forLaxSr4-xV3O10 increased, respectively, from 0.3841 to 0.3896 nni forthe a-axis and from 2.787 to 2.870 nm for the c-axis with a increaseof x. Electric conductivity of the single layered compound, LaSrVO4,was a semiconducting with δ(RT) = 3.37 S/cm. The triple layeredcompound, LaSr3V3O10-δ, exhibited a metallic conductivity with δ(rt) = 93.7 S/cm, while highly doped La3SrV3O10-δ was asemiconducting. The electric conductivity δ(rt) of LaxSr4-xV3O10decreased with increase of dopant concentrations.
