The economy of heat treatment operations is directly related to reducing the charging and transport times. The design of hearth wagon furnaces makes for optimum "plant handling" and they are therefore predestined for particularly economical use. The new Nabertherm W 1000/GS hearth wagon furnace with two electro-hydraulic lifting doors and two hearth wagons offers metal processing operations and foundries a flexible and economical alternative for the heat treatment of metals up to 900 deg C.
