Infinite layer SrCuO2 thin films were grown on SrTiO3(100) bymolecular beam epitaxy(ffeE). Copper and Strontium were evaporatedalternately by successively shuttering the Knudsen cells. The thinfilms was evaluated by x-ray diffraction (Wh), refiection high-energyelectron dittiaction (RHEED). The c-axis of SrCuO2 was normal to thesubstrate surface. The lattice parameter of these films were 0.345nm. These SrCuO2 films were semiconductorlike and did not showsuperconductivity in the present study.
