摘要

Single crystals of La2-xSrxCu1-yNiyO4 (LSCNO) were prepared by thetraveling solvent floating zone (TSFZ) method to investigate theirsuperconducting and anisotropic properties. Chemicalcharacterizations of the grown crystals indicated uniform compo-sition with no subgrains. Superconducting properties were markedlyimproved by an- nealing in oxygen. Anisotropic properties wereenhanced as Ni content increased.
