The minimum dielectric constant and maximum frequency constantwere observed at the coercive fields, which correspond to the polingfields at which the minimum planar coupling factor is obtained, insoft lead zirconate titanate (PZT) ceramics. These phenomena were dueto the 180 deg domain clamping at these fields. The fields of 90 deg(71 deg or 109 deg ) domain rotation were estimated using therelationships between the maximum dielectric constant and minimumfrequency constant. Furthermore, the behavior of domain switching androtation was evaluated by measuring the pulse response of remanentpolarization in soft and hard PZT Ceramics.
