REFINING PROFITS IN ASIA have hit a floor created by demand growth in emerging economies, including China and India, but are expected to remain low for at least one more year, said Moody's Investors Service. According to BP data, margins in Singapore so far in 4Q are averaging $2.39/bbl, up from $2.34/bbl in 3Q.
