Molecular dynamics calculations have been done for a low density (0.20), high temperature (9.49) state of a one dimensional repulsive Lennardhyphen;Jones fluid. The normalized velocity autocorrelation function was shown to decay as hyphen;tminus;2.89plusmn;0.06, in reasonable agreement with the theoretical power law of hyphen;tminus;3.00. (AIP)
