NdBa_2Cu_3O_7-δ (Nd 123) single crystals were grown by thehorizontal-Bridgman like method in air, and under 0.1/100O_2 and0.3/100O_2 in Ar atmosphere. High quality Nd123 single crystals withTc of 94 K were obtained under the low O_2 pressure in Ar atmosphereusing YSZ boats. The enhancement of the magnetization with increasingfield was observed in the hystersis(M-H) loop in the field parallelto the c-axis of the Nd123 single crystal grown under the low O_2pressure. The fishtail effect in the M-H loop is discussed for thecrystals grown under different O_2 pressure.
