JL Specialty Steel Inc., Pittsburgh, Pa., announced appointments to its management executive committee and related organizational changes.Jacques Chabanier, president and CEO, will continue to head the executive committee, supported by Joseph K. Kusic (ISS), senior vice president - operations. Steven J. Sczytko, has been appointed senior vice president - purchasing and finance. Daryl K. Fox and Paul J. Grandy (ISS), were reappointed as vice president -human resources and vice president -research and process improvement. Richard C. Sussman (ISS) was named vice president - research and process improvement. Kirk F. Vincent executive vice president, will assume a new position later this year. In the interim, he will take on special assignments for JL and Usinor, JL's parent company.
