Rosler Oberflachentechnik has developed a rolling trough vibrator for one-off and small series production. The RMO 180/530 TE-30 small slip polishing vibrator, measuring 680 x 480 x 950 mm (L x B x H) and a 220 V connection can easily be set up directly adjacent to the production machine. The unit is used for the surface treatment of small articles of maximum length 480 mm and cross-section 130 mm. For the treatment of particularly sensitive articles without mutual contact the working container can be divided by partitions. In the individual chambers workpieces of different sizes can be deburred, fine-polished and even ball polished with different grinding media in each case. To achieve short polishing times and a good polishing action, the RMO operates at 3000 r.p.m.
