The displacementhyphen;currenthyphen;measuring system equipped with a thermally stimulated system used for detecting the reorganization of monolayers on solid substrates is described. Since the displacement current flows due to the dynamic behavior of polar molecules on solid substrates with thermal stimulation, dipole moment of the consistent molecules of monolayers can be investigated without physically damaging the monolayers themselves.
