The circular dichroism of a nonpolar binary liquid mixture is discussed in the critical region, where the Ornsteinndash;Zernike approximation does not hold. The correlation function to be used is the Fisher form. We suggest a new experimental method to measure the critical exponent for correlation function by using the present result.
