The complex velocity of sound due to multiple reactions in gas is derived in the first paper I and in liquid in the second paper II. The characteristics of the complex heat capacity are examined, and the complex velocity of sound is expressed in terms of the complex heat capacity. Velocity and absorption are calculated from the complex velocity of sound. There are some relations between the parameters of the ultrasonic spectrum and the heat capacity, and they are important when we compare the experiments with the theory. A numerical example about two reactions in gas is shown when the type of reactions, the relaxation times and the heat capacities at constant volume are given, and the frequency dependence of the heat capacities and the ultrasonic spectra of velocity and absorption are calculated and shown in the figures.
