摘要

Objects of study were vacant perovskite-like structure ceramicsBaLn_2Ti_4O_12 (BLTs). Using broadband dielectric spectroscopymethod, it was found that about 80/100 of BLTs dielectric constant (ε-90-120) is determined by lattice polarization that appears to bestrongly coupled with the electronic relaxation process. Nanoscaleclusters, electronic by their nature, incorporate and extremenly lowrelaxation time and provide BLTs thermal stability at microwaves.Dielectric losses of BTTs are associated with some structuraldisordering, especially if the second polar phase is present Inceramics.
