Triaxially braid C/SiC composites were prepared by the combined ofCVI+PIP. The composites had demonstrated an effective structure,which was constructed with 3-dimensional carbon fiber fabric coatedwith carbon layer as an interface, dense CVI-deposited SiC as insidematrix, and noncrystalline PIP-infiltrated SiC as outside matrix Highmechanical properties can be achieved in the composite.
