AbstractThe synthesis of ethyl‐11‐aminoundecanoate and ethyl‐3‐aminobutyrate and the chemical modification of chlorinated natural rubber by these amino–esters were investigated in order to find useful materials for long‐life antifouling paints free from toxic moieties.
