Worldwide, die-casting production sites have one essential task in common: the appropriate treatment of aerosol mists and fumes caused during production. Though the objective may be the same, the right solution can vary, depending on customer-specific parameters. Air filtration systems based on a modular principle offer the ideal approach to this problem. KMA's environmental technology specialists have been developing custom-made systems for treatment of polluted air in foundries for over 30 years. The automaker Renault, for example, uses KMA's Ultravent filtration system at its Spanish plant in Valladolid.
