摘要

Low oil and gas prices dented Norway’s cash flow from the state’s interests in oil and gas fields, which fell 30 to 66 billion Norwegian kroner ($7.7 billion) in 2016, from 94 billion kroner a year earlier. State-owned Petoro, which manages Oslo’s direct holdings in the offshore fields, said Wednesday its full-year financial results were also impacted by lower production, which slipped 3 to 1.04 million boe/d. Operating profit also fell sharply in 2016, tumbling 36 year-on-year to 57 billion kroner from 89 billion.
