摘要

The effect of AIN addition on the phase structures and luminescence properties of SrAl(2)O(4:)E(2+)phosphor has been discussed. SrAl2+XO4N, 0.03Dy(3+) (x = 0 to 0.3) phosphors have been synthesized by a solid-state reaction. X-ray powder diffraction shows that the phase structures of as-prepared SrAl2O4N,:0.02Eu2-', 0.03Dy3- remain invariable with the SrAl2O4 phase when the content of AIN is below 0.3. With the addition of AIN, photoluminescence intensities of SrAl2O4N,:0.02Eu(2+),0.03Dy(3+) phosphors decrease with increasing x; however, the afterglow phosphorescence intensities obviously increased.
