Sevan Marine said today that its newly installed FPSO on the Chestnut field in the UK North Sea has stood up to severe storm conditions.Sevan said a low pressure passing the Central North Sea and the Chestnut field in the last few days exposed the FPSO Sevan Hummingbird to a storm with a severity close to a one-year storm.Significant wave heights of up to 26ft(8m)were reported,with typical maximum wave heights of up to 52ft(16m).
