After long delays that threatened to sideline the mighty BLOODHOUND Project indefinitely, with dwindling finances and debt the main culprits, plans for challenging the World Land Speed Record in 2017 are firmly back on track. The BLOODHOUND Project is ready to roll again, in twin pursuit of the World Land Speed Record and smashing the 1,000mph barrier, thanks to a three-year deal brokered with the Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (ZGH), making it the prime sponsor and Official Automotive Partner. The deal is the largest in the history of the project. The leading Chinese automotive group will provide technical, as well as financial, support to the project and promote its 'Inspirational Programme' throughout Asia.
