Forecast International projects that the U.S. Army will invest some USD8.6 million from FY07 to FY09 on research and development associated with the Joint Network Management System program. Look for Project 363 to work on developing JNMS software Build 1.4 and 1.5 from FY06 to FY09. U.S. Army FY08/09 budget documents indicate that FY09 is the last year of planned funding of the Joint Network Management System program. The Joint Network Management System (JNMS) is a U.S. Army program to develop an automated software system that enables military warfighters to plan and manage the diverse array of information technologies and telecommunication systems throughout the joint battlespace.
