India’s state-owned Oil Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) is in talks with Shell, BG and Eni about offloading equity in its Indian Ocean deepwater developments, according to reports. ONGC is already co-operating with Shell, BG and Eni in a number of other blocks, and talks had been under way for some time, reported the Financial Times.
