CANADIAN BC Gas Inc has joined with two major pension funds to buy EnCana Corp's Canada-US Express oil pipeline system for 373 million US dollars. Under the deal, BC Gas, along with the Ontario Municipal Employee Retirement System and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board will assume 380 million US dollars in debt.
