SANTIAGO—The Chilean Kiwifruit Commission has been instrumental in coordinating industry efforts to combat Psa and ensuring that the country is well prepared for the challenges that lie ahead.Since its creation in 2010, the Chilean Kiwifruit Committee (CKC) has made significant headway in raising quality standards and building the country's reputation as a reliable supplier to global markets. One of its fundamental objectives has been to improve the consistency and eating quality of Chilean kiwifruit by promoting best practice when it comes to the product’s handling transportation and storage.
