dubai—Increasing numbers of Dubai-based traders are recognising the benefits of investing in quality coldstores to save energy, protect the environment and maximise a product's shelf life.Demand for good quality coldstores is on the rise in Dubai, according to Farhad Ghafoori, managing director of zav Co, a regional consultancy for the construction of such facilities. 'As the population grows in the uae, demand for food increases and so does the need for coldstores," he says, and more and more companies are recognising the sense in investing a little more initially in order to make large gains in the long term.
