摘要

THE basic heating/cooling for offices in the new building constructed for the savings bank is provided using thermal component activation. Edge strip elements arranged below concrete ceilings ensure individual room control. The Solitaire office building is supplied energetically via heating and cooling ceilings. A 1.5 to two-fold air exchange ensures that all offices are supplied with fresh air from outside using conditioned air. Ventilation pipes and thermal component activation are installed within concrete ceilings. These supply concepts ensure temperatures up to a maximum of 35°C while heating, or down to no less than 18°C while cooling. Ventilation and air conditioning systems for both offices and retail trade units are equipped with double panel heat exchangers. This provides for heat recovery of up to 77%.
