Arctic Core Drilling (ACD) was formed in 2013 as part of the evolution of Xploration Services Greenland (XS), which offers a wide range of services for the exploration industry, including camps, logistics, geological support and administration. ACD, in turn, can offer drilling as an individual service or as part of a larger XS service package. This set-up allows flexibility for the clients. For example, a client operating in Greenland for the first time may opt for the full service package to benefit from the extensive network and local knowledge by XS and ACD, whereas a client already firmly based in Greenland may need less assistance on the administrative side and opt for a standalone drilling service.
