Over the past few years the suspension on my 1994 Mini 35 has gone from acceptable to hardly bearable, even on relatively flat roads, where the smallest bumps seem like boulders! I believe I could just replace the rubber cones, as I don't know if they have even been changed, but decided this is a good time to go a step further. I don't use the Mini on the track but it does get used every day, sometimes for five-hour journeys, and very often gets a fair thrashing down badly maintained country roads.
