A month after the company made a slightly smaller offer, Chevron Corp plans to buy the shares of Noble Midstream Partners LP it does not already own in an all-stock deal in a deal valued at $1.32 billion. Noble Midstream currently provides crude oil, natural gas and water-related midstream services and owns equity interests in oil pipelines in the DJ Basin in Colorado and the Delaware Basin in Texas.
