Students from RMIT's School of Fashion and Textiles got a taste of the glamorous side of the fashion industry on the 13th of October as they presented their showcases as part of the school's Young Essentials Project (YEP).The Diploma of Fashion and Textiles Merchandising students were asked to work to a commercial brief for one of three key Australian fashion retailers and had the chance to present their work at a special evening event at Eve nightclub in Melbourne.Under the YEP program, students had to develop commercially viable projects from concept through to consumer satisfaction.
