Few would argue with the contention that 'Putin's Russia, Two Years On' is a stronger Russia - internally and through the eyes of the external world, particularly foreign investors. There are, however, many challenges ahead and I would like to describe how Shell - as one of the major foreign investors in Russia - in working to meet these challenges.
