As I was preparing to write this report, I asked myself when exactly was the concept of having a hands-on seminar for Regular Members established. I began my quest by looking through my Fusion archives. There I found that Allan Brown, then incoming President-Elect in June 1995, had two very important goals: One was to help Ian Duncanson with a smooth transition in moving the National Office from outgoing Office Managers Bev and Jim Panczner to Lisa Kopp and Tom Reddy; and the second was to establish a hands-on seminar for Regular Members.
