Misprints in numerical coefficients were made in the derivation of the CPA equation Eqs. (16)-(20). These misprints had been corrected in our subsequent paper, where the derivation of the CPA equation was repeated using Eq. (14) without the factor (2π)~3 before the δ function. In this case, the factor (2π)~(-3) should be inserted before the right-hand side of the resulting Eq. (22) for the Green's function. These changes do not affect the conclusions of this paper because only the relative value of the Green's function G/G_m is used. The following misprints should also be corrected. Page 3, left column, line 5 from bottom: "linearization of Eq. (1)" should be replaced by "linearization of Eq. (3)"; the term -H_a in Eq. (12) should be replaced by +H_a; page 8, left column, from bottom: η=((5)L_0)~(1/2) should be replaced by η=((5)L~2)~(-1); the exponent 2d(4-d) in Eqs. (1), (50), and (51) should be replaced by 2d/(4-d).
