Starting from ingots or liquid metal, the aluminium is processed through the continuous casting line to the cold rolling mill. For strip application, the metal is then processed through proper annealing - as required - and finishing lines. For foil application, the metal is processed through proper annealing and then, in order to achieve the thin gauge foil, to the foil rolling mill and to the separator/slitter as per the end-user's requirements.
