Davy Process Technology (Switzerland) AG (DPT), the only supplier of the Buss Kneader technology, has been working very close with the primary aluminium producers of the world for more than 50 years. Experience and know-how in anode paste production has been collected through the supply of more than 250 Buss Kneaders. DPT has developed a new compact and integrated plant lay-out. It is the "Green Anode Paste Package" that consists of three continuous, fully horizontal accurately controllable groups of equipment, which work together in line. Its development focused on the most important needs of the primary aluminium producers. The DPT-Package consists of a 4-screw hollow flight dry-components pre-heater, plus the well known and accepted Buss Kneader K 600 CP, together with the horizontal operating anode paste cooler.
