摘要

Time resolved magneto-optical absorption measurement of a quantum dot array is carried out. In contrast to two dimensional electron gas, a difference in the absorption between with and without photoexcitation can be clearly observed in a quantumdot array. From the time variation of the difference in the absorption, the peakshift is investigated. This may not depend simply on the carrier concentration. A photoexcited carrier may change the charge state around the dot.
