摘要

Plantlets ofCoronopus navasii, an endangered species from SE Spain, were successfully regenerated from shoot and root segments excised from young seedlings. Initiation of multiple buds and development of leaves were obtained in MS modified medium plus l mg/l BAP and 0.1 mg/l NAA. Rooting was achieved by transfer of the isolated shoots to fresh MS medium without plant growth regulators. Plant survival of 47 was obtained six weeks after removal fromin vitroculture conditions.
