摘要

This paper summarized some of the author’s practical approaches to applied research in the teaching of matrix theory. Starting from the definition of eigenvalue eigenvector of square matrix and combined with professional background, this paper explores the application of eigenvalue eigenvector in information retrieval, mechanical vibration and image compression etc. This design deepens students’ understanding of the meaning of eigenvalue eigenvectors, cultivates students’ awareness of innovation practice, and enhances students’ ability to apply what they have learned.
