Purpose: Chkl inhibition increases cell sensitivity to both chemotherapy and radiotherapy in several tumour types and is, therefore, a promising anti -cancer approach. Although several Chkl inhibitors have been developed, their clinical progress has been hampered by low bioavailability and off -target toxicities.
