Timmins Gold Corp. made its first gold pour at its wholly owned flagship San Francisco gold mine in the northern Mexican state of Sonora Gold plant superintendent Me-dardo Miramontes and assistant mine manager Lucio Romero, under the supervision of mine manager Alfredo Barraza poured a 46-kg (101-lb) dore bar, which has been assayed by Timmins Gold with a content of 77.93 percent gold, 19.49 percent silver and 2.58 percent in other metals. The contained ounces were 36 kg (1,152.7 oz) of gold and 9 kg (288.28 oz) of silver. At spot prices of 1,140 dollars/oz gold and 17.50 dollars/ oz silver, the dore bar has a value of 1,319,122 dollars(1,314,078 dollars of gold and 5,044 dollars of silver).
