Invista Resins Fibers GmbH has sold its European polyester yarn business,including three manufacturing locations in Germany,to Performance Fibers Holdings Inc.Performance Fibers is an affiliate of Sun European Partners LLP,the European advisor to the U.S.-based ~R investment firm,Sun Capital Partners.
