The Dow Chemical Company says its TERGITOL L series of nonionic surfactants is ideal for use where defoaming,wetting,and emulsifying are desired in a biodegradable formulation.Dow says the new series has good biodegradability coupled with low acute environmental and mammalian toxic-ity.
