摘要

This study concerns the analysis of environmental effects on thebehaviour under monotonic and cycling loading of alloys based on FeAland TiAl intermetallic compounds. Special attention is paid to Thecoupling of environmental and mechanical effects. In both types Ofloading, the species which is found to operate at ambient Temperatureis water vapor. This species plays also a determining Role in fatiguecrack propagation at elevated temperature. Effects Due to oxygenadsorption are also discussed.
