Through January we have been reviewing our work plan and establishing what our key priorities are for 2013. This article reports on the key aspects of that plan. NZ Kiwifruit Growers Incorporated (NZKGI) strength is that its policy and all key decisions are made by its 37 member grower forum. This allows the industry's 2,662 growers to have a direct say in the conduct of the industry through their forum representative. NZKGI's forum is a melting pot of diverse views and opinions held by growers throughout the industry. These views are harnessed through forum meetings into a consolidated grower position on all key grower and industry issues.
