We live in troubled times. This applies especially for some kiwifmit and apple growers. For kiwifruit the crop for some has been ruined by Psa and it may be some years before there is another crop from some other variety. For apple growers the incomehas not covered the growing costs and there is a need to consider new varieties and new marketing arrangements. Some growers will have suffered a massive drop in the value of their orchards. That raises the question as to the best structure for the yearsahead. The answer is quite definate - it all depends! Let's consider some options.
