On Feb. 24 (75 FR 8341), EPA issued an order for the cancellations, voluntarily requested by the registrants and accepted by the agency, of numerous products. On Dec. 18, 2009 EPA issued a notice announcing the receipt of these requests to voluntarily cancel the product registrations. These are not the last products containing these pesticides registered for use in the U.S. In the December notice, the agency indicated that it would issue an order implementing the cancellations, unless the agency received substantive comments within the 30-day comment period that would merit its further review of these requests, or unless the registrants withdrew their requests within this period. The agency did not receive any comments on the notice nor did the registrants withdraw their requests. Therefore, the following orders have been issued.
