Swiss-based Syngenta said last week it would move Its U.K,agricultural biotechnology research operation to North Carolina,where the business climate is more favorable,The move involves the transfer of 130 jobs across theAtiantic.The UK.facility at Jealott's Hill,which employs a total of 900 people,will concentrate on research into agrochemicals,the firm said.
