On May 28 (75 FR 29901), EPA issued a final rule amending § 180.589 by establishing tolerances for the fungicide boscalid, 3-pyridinecarboxamide, 2-chloro-N-(4'-chloro[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yl), in or on: 1. alfalfa, forage at 30 ppm; 2. alfalfa, hay at 65 ppm; 3. citrus, dried pulp at 4.5 ppm; 4. citrus, oil at 85 ppm; and 5. fruit, citrus, group 10 at 1.6 ppm. The final rule also deletes the time-limited tolerance of 2.0 ppm on tangerine because it expired on Dec. 31,2008 and revises the following tolerances: 1. fruit, stone, group 12 at 3.5 ppm; 2. hog, fat at 0.20 ppm; 3. poultry, fat at 0.20 ppm; and 4. poultry, meat byproducts at 0.20 ppm.
